DEPOSIT AND CANCELLATION POLICY
All the reservations are prepaid and non-refunable unless otherwise agreed by the management prior to making the reservation. Therefore, the management reserves the right to process your payment on any date from booking to checkout date at it's discretion.
If you are corporate customer, a regular or a group and need some flexibility; please free to contact us on 03 5792 1700 to discuss your needs prior to making reservation.
TERMS OF STAY
Smoking is not allowed anywhere inside the room. Front door and windows must be closed whilst smoking outside. There will be a minimum of an extra $100 cleaning charge incurred should the room smell of cigarette smoke. See our NO SMOKING POLICY.
No noisy activities are allowed inside or outside of the motel at any time. We do not allow any party activities as some of our guests work at night and sleep during day time.
No pets:- pets are not allowed as we do not have a pet friendly room(s).
Room must be left in a reasonable manner:- should there be any damage or above normal cleaning required, there may be additional cleaning or repair charges debited in your account.
Auto Lodge Motor Inn staff reserve the right to evict anyone off the premises at their discretion (without a refund) should they not comply with these terms and conditions.
You are personally liable for the payment of this account. if the person, company or association nominated by you as being responsible for payment of this account fails to make payment within required time, you will be liable for this account.
You remain liable for any damages to the room or property therein, or any discrepancies in the mini-bar, incurred during the period of the room hire, and due to the actions of yourself or your guests.
In the event of the foregoing, you give Auto Lodge Motor Inn the authority to charge the signatory's credit card for any losses incurred by Auto Lodge Motor Inn.
NO SMOKING POLICY
All our accommodation units are strictly NO SMOKING areas. We do not tolerate any kind of smoking in the rooms or the area classified as No Smoking. There is a minimum fine of $100 for extra cleaning if we detect any form of smoking in the room. This fine will be charged into your account.
